Believe it or not, the success of your married life also depends upon one of the most crucial factors i.e., financial stability. Other than love, respect, compassion, and honesty, the number of zeros in your bank account do matters. Without having a good salary, one can’t be able to fulfill the needs and desires of the partner that tends to create problems in the holy matrimony.

However, success is interrelated to hard work and patience but there are some ancient habits one must follow to yield results faster than imagination. As Indians have some traditional beliefs, incorporate these habits in your daily life to achieve financial security which will help you to make your marital bond more strong.

• Before stepping out of the house, make it a practice to seek the blessings of your parents and elders each day by touching their feet.

• Check your tone before you start a conversation with your elders. Don’t disrespect them by raising your voice. Always speak politely to them no matter you agree with them or not.

• In India, it is believed that a woman is an avatar of Adi-Shakti, so, she must be always respected, under any circumstances.

• To attain financial stability, don’t try to earn wealth by wrong means. Moreover, keep yourself away from 5 things- anger, greed, lust, arrogance, and wealth.

• For monetary gains, do charity. Give donations, food, clothes, and necessary things to the poor and needy.

• Always offer the first chapati to cow and last one to dog on regular basis.

• Make it a habit to drop a handful of grains like wheat, barley, and lentils to crows and pigeons.

• Join your palms together and recite the mantra right after you wake up and rub your hands against your face. Mantra is-

कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मी: करमध्ये सरस्वती !
करमूले तू गोविन्द: (ब्रह्मा:) प्रभाते कर दर्शनम !!

• Remember the deity you worship whenever you wake up and keep your right foot on the floor when you step out of the bed.

• Gargle your throat and taste honey before you take shower in the morning.

• Offer water to Lord Surya by mixing honey and flower.

• Before you gulp down the first bite, take out 3 bites, in the name of a cow, a bird, and a dog. Keep those bites at the place where they can eat them.

• On Saturday, wrap a coconut in a new red cloth and immerse it in flowing water.

• Make it a ritual to offer water to peepal tree, except Sundays.

• Fill a copper vessel with water. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and a gold/silver coin every night. Place it on a table where you sleep. Start your day by drinking the water.

• Keep your terrace clean from jammed drains. Don’t leave any waste material and garbage on the terrace.

• If you wish to get success in your new venture, keep Rs 21, 51 or as per your desire at a hidden place. Once you return home, buy food from the money and feed the poor.

• Start your important work by chanting Lord Ganesha’s name. Worship him first as he is known as the “God of removing obstacles.”

• Light 5 cotton wicks in an earthen pot in front of Lord Hanuman’s idol, on every Tuesday.

• Put two cloves in camphor when you perform aarti as it provides calmness and positivity.

• Visit Bhairvanath temple on Sunday and apply a tilak on your forehead by taking the vermillion spread over his body.
