It seems like that stress is an inevitable part of daily life. From a kid to an adult, from a college student to a working professional, from a newly-wed bride to parents-to-be all are experiencing anxiety, tension, and stress in their regular life.

How can you overcome stress until you don’t know the reasons that cause release stress hormones? Closely monitor your habits, attitude, and nature as sometimes your own thoughts, behaviour, and emotions contribute to everyday stress that you are dealing with. Let no deadlines, work responsibilities, relationship expectations give you unnecessary panic attack.

• Avoid or Accept

Take the decision carefully as there are many situations in life that will help you to experience good life by simply avoiding it like you can easily swap the traffic by taking less-travelled route. but it is also advised to look out the stressors that you need to accept like your boss will always expect you to be more productive at work no matter how many efforts you put in.

• Know your limits

Regardless of the fact, you are at the workplace or spending time with closed ones, relatives, and well-wishers; know your limits and stick to them to eliminate stress. Channelise your energy on what/who is important as it is an effective remedy to combat stress.

• Keep the big picture in a frame

Before you react and fume about a situation because you are stressed out, try to view the situation from a more positive perspective. Take out some time, pause for a while, give it a thought is it worth to get upset?

• Breathe deep and meditate

One of the proven ways to trigger stress is practising deep breathing exercise, yoga, meditation, and walking for at least 30 minutes in morning and evening. Spend some alone time close to nature. Fall in love with the abundant natural beauty.

• Talk with your closed one

It is worth to mention that stress prevents us from seeing things clearly. Talking with someone whom you are attached to or who understands you can relieve stress since communicating with someone over the problem helps you to reach the solution and sometimes it also helps you to distract yourself from stressful situations.
